Returns

Any ritual, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We check each return when it arrives.

14 days from the day your order is delivered. If your order has no delivery confirmation from the carrier, you have 18 days from the day it shipped.

Sign in, open Account → Orders, and choose “Request a return” on the order. The first time, you connect your shop account with a code sent to the email you used at checkout. There is no form and no reason to give: a return inside these rules is approved right away.

We then email you a prepaid return label. Pack the ritual in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund it to your original payment method. The return label is deducted from the refund: the amount is what you paid for shipping, rounded down to the dollar. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
