Terms of service

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or product, or using Guru Yourself, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and provide accurate account information.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Paid features, price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before checkout. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel through your account billing controls; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Stripe processes subscription payments. Taxes, refunds, and exceptions are handled as shown at checkout and as required by applicable law. Physical goods may be checked out and fulfilled through Shopify, with product-specific terms shown during that checkout.

Cards, quotes, oracle responses, editorial features, and directory content are provided for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for qualified professional care or emergency services.

The Guru Yourself Daily Reminder is an optional recurring SMS program operated by Sardines for All LLC. You enroll only by signing in, adding your mobile number in account settings, enabling text reminders, and affirmatively checking the separate SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, or using Guru Yourself.

When enabled, message frequency is up to one recurring reminder per day, with occasional transactional responses related to the program. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and no further program messages unless you enroll again through your account. Reply HELP for help, visit your account settings, or email hello@guruyourself.com. Mobile information and consent are handled as described in our Privacy policy.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, infringe another person's rights, submit unlawful content, or use Guru Yourself to harm, deceive, or harass anyone. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our providers, or the law.

Guru Yourself and its original writing, artwork, photography, interfaces, branding, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the service or its content.

We work to keep Guru Yourself available and accurate, but the service may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Guru Yourself is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may update the service or these terms. A new effective date will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits.
